We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who speaks both Finnish and English to join our Customer Support Team. You will be
working for our client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide. If you have excellent Finnish
and English language skills (verbal and written), strong communication and administration skills, customer-focused
approach, attentiveness, positive attitude, and relevant permit to work in Estonia, then this job might be for you.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails from the website users
• Acting as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations
